Key Gas Components, Inc. is committed to ensure Quality machining products using the latest technologies. We have expanded and improved our measurement techniques using CMM and Vision technology. Understanding that our customers are expecting precision, with tighter and tighter tolerances, we had to ensure our measurement techniques could measure them.

We incorporated Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility to understand what was needed in order to ensure less than 10% gage error. This study, combined with our customers tighter tolerances, showed us that we needed new systems to measure down to the 0.0001” accurately.
